Lee is a qualified pastor and teacher who has performed various outreach missions in prisons, local communities and feeding programs. He is also an experienced marketing manager in the hospitality and travel industry. Lee has owned and managed small businesses over the years.

Craig Roelofsz

Craig is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer. Prior to establishing Law Elements in 2013, Craig worked in leading tier one  Australian and South African law firms since 2000. Craig is currently principal and director of Law Elements Pty Ltd. He is past President of the Queensland Chapter of the Australia Africa Business Council, the International Liaison Officer of the National Board of the Australian Africa Business Council and a member of the Queensland law Society.

Tony is founder of Wiese & Stone, a corporate advisory that focuses on M&A, expansion strategies and IPO. He is a veteran of thirty M&A deals and three IPO’s. Previously Tony was Co-founder, Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and company secretary of ASX listed BPS Technology Limited which operates trading, payment and incentive platforms in 6 countries (10 years). Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of JSE listed Onelogix Group Limited which included the 226 PostNet network (3 years), and prior to that he was Executive Director of JSE listed Super Group Limited, Africa’s second largest transport & logistics company (10 years).

Peter Fenton

General Manager

Peter has recently been appointed General Manager of the One Light Charity Foundation. This appointment follows 20 years of sales and marketing positions in both Australia and Canada and extensive community support both professionally and personally. Most recently, Peter held senior positions within the Bartercard Australia organisation. Peter’s experience as a leader and his passion for community support and innovative fundraising solutions position him well to develop and deliver the groups Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Peter is responsible for all operational aspects of the Foundation including fundraising and grant allocations to assist Australian registered charities, schools, sporting clubs, and community clubs. These activities allow the group to deliver new programs across a wide range of worthwhile causes.
