Murray is a member of the Gold Coast’s Regional Economic Development Advisory Board and a member of a Griffith University Business School Advisory Board.
He has held previous positions as Chairman of Allied Brands Ltd, ECT Ltd, Capricorn Resources NL and Golden Pacific Resources Ltd (ASX listed entities), and a former Director of the Franchisors Association of Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Small Business Association.
Chief Executive Officer: Trevor Dietz
Trevor has over 30 years’ experience in retail, corporate and international banking, finance and human resource management. He was previously Chief Operating Officer for the Bartercard International Group and Managing Director of Bartercard Australia from 2005 until 2009. Before joining Bartercard, Trevor was Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Trevor is a Non-Executive Director of the Institute of Business Leaders and Deputy Chair of the Advisory Board to the School of Business at Bond University and the Founding Director of the Bartercard Charity Foundation and One Light Charity Foundation
Founding Director & Secretary: Michael Traynor
Mike Traynor is a senior partner with the large, Brisbane based Chartered Accounting firm Pilot Partners.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mike is considered a specialist in the identification, evaluation and management of risk. He is highly skilled in the development of risk mitigation and control systems.
Mike has extensive experience in strategic planning, feasibility studies, the development of appropriate corporate structures, designing and implementing management reporting structures, identification of key performance indicators.
He also assists clients in preparing business plans, finance applications, transaction negotiations and capital raisings as well as merger and acquisition activities.

General Manager: Peter Fenton
Peter has recently been appointed General Manager of the One Light Charity Foundation. This appointment follows 20 years of sales and marketing positions in both Australia and Canada and extensive community support both professionally and personally. Most recently, Peter held senior positions within the Bartercard Australia organisation. Peter’s experience as a leader and his passion for community support and innovative fundraising solutions position him well to develop and deliver the groups Corporate Social Responsibility program.
Peter is responsible for all operational aspects of the Foundation including fundraising and grant allocations to assist Australian registered charities, schools, sporting clubs, and community clubs. These activities allow the group to deliver new programs across a wide range of worthwhile causes. The charitable work delivered across Australia is done working alongside the BPS Technology group of companies that include Bartercard, Entertainment Publications, and bucqi.
